End of Term & Winter Break Service Details, Fall 2025

Important Dates and Details for Requesting Library Materials

Place requests by 5:00 PM EST on December 18, to guarantee processing before winter break begins.
Requests placed after 5:00 PM EST on December 18, will be processed in the order received when the library reopens on January 5, 2026.
For items that have been delivered, please plan to pick up items before December 20 or in January. Library buildings will be closed from December 20, 2025 - January 5, 2026.
We cannot provide delivery guarantees for Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests. Pending requests will continue to be processed in January.
Requests for scans or physical items submitted over the break will not be processed until January 5, 2026.
